FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Can I get a CD sample mailed to me?
Yes. If you are unable to listen to our online clips or would rather hear and see the product “in person,” contact us to request a full-length CD sample.

2. How does group ordering work?
If there are several people in your office who want to order, you can qualify for a lower per CD price by submitting all of the orders together as a group. Click here to read more about group ordering.

3. What does it mean to “shrinkwrap” my CD’s?
When we shrinkwrap your CD’s, this means that they are being wrapped in a thin, clear plastic… just like the CD’s you buy at the record store.

4. How do I place my order?
You can place your order online, by fax or by US Mail. Go to our “How To Order” page for more details.

5. How do I send my photo and/or logo?
You can submit graphics via e-mail, or US Mail. Go to our “How To Order” page for more details.

6. Can I design my own cover instead of using the pre-designed cover?
Yes. You may submit original cover art as long as it follows the specifications provided by our Graphics Department. The file must be created within our templates and saved in a certain format. We do not recommend this option for orders less than 500. Please contact us for more information.

7. Will I get confirmation that my order was received?
You will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation when you place your order online, but we do not typically confirm receipt for faxed or mailed orders. We recommend calling us to verify receipt.

8. Will I get to see a proof?
Yes, we e-mail a PDF proof for every personalized order and allow one edit at no extra charge. (We do not typically e-mail proofs for standard setups unless requested.) If you submit a personalized order and do not receive a proof within 5 business days, please contact us.

9. What is a PDF?
PDF stands for “Portable Document Format.” It is a file format developed by Adobe Corporation that retains the look and integrity of the original document, regardless of the application and platform used to create it. PDF documents can be shared, viewed, and printed by anyone, on any system, using free Adobe Reader® software. 10. How do I check on the status of my order?
Our customers are welcome to contact us at any time to check on the status of their order.

11. How much does shipping and handling cost?
Shipping and handling charges vary depending on CD quantity ordered and destination from Nashville, TN. Please call us toll-free at 888-448-6410 for a shipping quote.

12. How long does it take to produce my personalized CD order?
Orders typically ship within 5 to 10 business days from the date of layout approval. All orders are shipped FedEx Ground unless instructed otherwise.  Call 888-448-6410 for a quote.

13. Once my product ships, how long will it take for me to receive my CD order?
We ship all orders via FedEx Ground, which promises a 3 to 5 business day delivery, depending on destination from Nashville TN. Expedited shipping is available upon request.

14. Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
A 9.25% sales tax is added to Tennessee orders only.

15. How do I pay?
We accept payment by check or credit card. Go to our “How To Order” page for more details.

16. Do you take international orders?
Yes, we accept international orders provided payment is by credit card.

17. Can you mail my CD’s to my clients for me?
Yes, we do provide fulfillment services in which we mail your CD’s individually to a list of addresses you provide. Please click here for more information or call 888-448-6410 for a price quote.

18. When does my credit card get charged?
If you are paying by credit card, your card will be charged upon shipment of your order.

19. What do I do if some of my CD cases arrived broken?
Call us at 888-448-6410 or e-mail us as soon as you discover the broken cases. We will be happy to replace them at no charge.

20. Do you take returns?
Because our products are custom-made and typically cannot be resold once they are produced, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an error with your order or if your merchandise is defective, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to assess your situation.
